Donations.

Donations to the chapter will be gratefully accepted and acknowledged. Chapter costs are a constant challenge. Contributions to help defray costs would be of tremendous assistance.

Monies not used at the end of each year will be used to present a gift to the Cape Cod Hospital and/or to ancillary programs. Donations are tax deductible.

What better way to honor the memory of a loved one? Or pay respects for an anniversary or special event than by contributing to the Cape Cod-Hyannis Chapter #315 of Mended Hearts, Inc.
